Call Center Representative (CSR)
Location: Winterville, NC 28590 | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $15.00/hr; increases to $22.00/hr upon permanent hire
• Shifts vary between 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM with two days off weekly
• Up to 2 Saturdays per month and 1 Sunday per quarter required
• Mandatory overtime at month-end
• Temporary-to-Hire, W2
• Start Date: July 2026
Role Impact
This role supports the resolution of delinquent automotive loan accounts through high-volume outbound and inbound call activity. Success is measured by call performance metrics, payment arrangements secured, customer satisfaction, and strict adherence to compliance standards including FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act).
Key Responsibilities
• Place and receive high-volume calls to resolve delinquent automotive accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements based on customer financial assessments
• Meet daily performance metrics including call volume, contact rates, and promises kept
• Accurately document account activity within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and collections systems
• Identify root causes of delinquency and recommend compliant resolution strategies
Minimum Qualifications
• 2 years of Call Center experience
• 2 years of Customer Service (CSR) experience
• Strong communication, decision-making, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Core Tools & Systems
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Call center dialer systems and collections platforms
• CRM and account management systems
Preferred Skills
• Experience in debt recovery, automotive finance, or financial services
• Knowledge of FDCPA regulations and compliance protocols
• Ability to work in a metrics-driven, performance-based environment
