Office Manager/ Bookkeeper (Bilingual Spanish) – Irving, TX
Location: Irving, TX 75062 | Fully Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8 hour shift between 8:30am – 5:30 PM (must be open to OT)
Pay Rate: $26
CornerStone Staffing is currently seeking an experienced and professional Office Manager for a growing company in Irving, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities within a smaller office setting.
This role is perfect for someone who takes initiative, communicates effectively with both customers and vendors, and enjoys being a key support person for daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
- Handle invoicing, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable tasks
- Assist with HR-related administrative duties, including employee support and documentation
- Maintain communication with customers, vendors, and internal staff on a daily basis
- Process and manage AIA documents and other construction-related paperwork
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting
- Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support leadership and office staff with additional projects and operational needs as assigned
- Help maintain an organized, professional, and efficient office environment
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English required
- 3–7 years of experience in office management, administration, accounting support, or a related role
- Previous experience using QuickBooks is strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience working in construction, paving, or similar industries is a plus
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a small team
- Must be dependable, adaptable, and flexible to work overtime when business needs arise
