Accounts Payable Specialist
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $22–$24 per hour
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

ROLE IMPACT
Support accurate and timely accounts payable operations by processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and helping ensure vendor payments are completed correctly. This role works closely with internal teams and vendors to research discrepancies and keep AP transactions current.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy, proper coding, approvals, and timely payment.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research invoice, payment, and account discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and supporting documentation in JDE (JD Edwards).
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment and invoice issues.
• Assist with related accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Accounts payable experience with knowledge of invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation.
• Proficiency working with accounting or ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate financial records.

• 5 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience.
