- 1 year experience in case aide, intake, or social services
- Experience in non-profit or substance abuse recovery environments
- Equivalent training/experience may be considered
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Strong interpersonal and de-escalation skills
- Bilingual Spanish-English communication skills a plus

ROLE IMPACT
As a vital part of a non-profit residential treatment facility, the Case Aide supports clients through structured supervision, emotional guidance, and life skills development. Your role ensures a safe, stable, and supportive environment that fosters recovery and personal growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and monitor clients daily in a residential treatment setting
• Provide crisis intervention counseling as needed
• Facilitate individual and group sessions focused on life management skills
• Maintain an environment that promotes client morale and emotional stability
• Communicate relevant updates to the Director of Social Services
