Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour
Shift Differential: 10% premium for Swing Shift
We are seeking detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Inspectors for both Day Shift and Swing Shift to support our fast-paced electronics manufacturing operation in Milpitas, CA. The ideal candidate has experience inspecting printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), electronic assemblies, or related manufacturing products while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Compensation
- $24.00 – $26.00 per hour, depending on experience
- 10% Shift Differential for employees working Swing Shift
- Opportunities for overtime based on business needs
Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspection of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), electronic components, and finished products.
- Inspect products using microscopes, magnifiers, and other inspection equipment.
- Verify workmanship meets IPC-A-610 standards and customer specifications.
- Identify, document, and report quality defects or non-conforming materials.
- Read and interpret work instructions, assembly drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
- Work closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience in electronics manufacturing preferred.
- Experience inspecting PCBAs or electronic assemblies.
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards is preferred.
- Ability to use microscopes for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to read assembly drawings and work instructions.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- IPC-A-610 Certification (current or previous)
- Experience working in an EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) environment
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems
