We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer – Inventory & Packaging Associate to join our busy fulfillment center, which includes mail processing, print production, and product packaging. If you enjoy hands-on work, have strong attention to detail, organization, reliability, and the ability to learn quickly, we’d love to hear from you! ✨ ResponsibilitiesPicking & PackingPick products, printed materials, and packaging items based on daily order listsPack and seal shipments (boxes, poly mailers, custom packaging) according to company standardsPrepare items for shipping, ensuring accuracy, quality, and proper presentationMail & Print RoomSort, label, and process outgoing mailOperate mailroom and print equipment (postage meters, folders/inserters, label machines) – training providedAssemble printed materials, brochures, marketing kits, and mailersInventory & FulfillmentReceive, organize, and restock incoming inventoryConduct regular inventory counts and track stock levelsMaintain a clean and efficient warehouse and work areaAssist with special projects, bulk print jobs, and kitting/assembly tasks Requirementsrequired to be on their feet all day – this position supports multiple moving parts.No cell phones or headphones.Full attendance is required. The workflow depends on this role being present every day (we accommodate approved days off)Task: Picking, packing, quality checking, shipping.Attention to detail: we have multiple clients, each with different requirements, and accuracy is critical.Physical requirements: Needs to lift up to 50 pounds consistentlyHours: 8–12 hour shifts depending on workloadPace: fast moving environment.
