Temporary HR Coordinator

Cornerstone Staffing is looking for a dependable and organized Temporary HR Coordinator to provide HR support during a temporary fill-in assignment with one of our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with entry-level HR experience who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
What You'll Do
- Assist with day-to-day HR activities and administrative tasks
- Support employee onboarding and new-hire paperwork
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Assist employees with general HR questions and requests
- Help coordinate interviews, schedules, and employee communications
- Assist with attendance and timekeeping-related tasks
- Support recruiting and hiring activities as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
What We're Looking For
- Previous entry-level HR or administrative experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office
