Location: Lewisville, TX | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday or Monday–Thursday (depending on workload)
• Hours: 9:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm
• Start Date: January 5 (tentative)
ROLE IMPACT
The Warehouse Inventory Assistant supports daily warehouse operations by organizing, sorting, and tracking curriculum materials while maintaining accurate digital records. This position blends hands-on warehouse work with computer-based inventory management—ideal for someone reliable, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented who enjoys both physical and administrative tasks. Success in this role is defined by accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to balance warehouse productivity with precise data entry.
KEY DUTIES
• Sort, organize, and inventory curriculum materials using spreadsheets and warehouse tracking systems
• Pack, label, and prepare boxes for shipment or storage
• Enter and update inventory information accurately in Excel or similar software
• Maintain an orderly, clean workspace and assist with general warehouse organization
• Communicate and collaborate respectfully with warehouse staff, supervisors, and leadership
• Follow directions closely while staying flexible to changing priorities or workload needs
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED required
• 6 months of warehouse, inventory, or administrative support experience preferred
• Proficient with computers, spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets), and basic data-entry tools
• Comfortable lifting boxes up to 40 lbs and performing physical warehouse tasks
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and follow-through
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Standard warehouse setting (indoor, moderate temperature changes)
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Use of standard computer equipment, packing tools, and labeling materials
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior experience in inventory tracking or fulfillment operations
• Strong Excel or database skills for managing digital inventory
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing workflows and priorities
