Cornerstone – Temporary Rehabilitation Counselor
This is a temporary work assignment that is scheduled to end on 9/15/26. Prior to the end date of the assignment, the candidate is welcome to apply for any part-time or full-time position that they are qualified for.

Responsibilities of the Rehabilitation Counselor
- Provide high quality psychiatric rehabilitation & case management
- Assist clients with supported community integration
- Develop person-centered treatment plans and recovery oriented goals
Qualifications of the Rehabilitation Counselor
- High School Diploma/GED required; BA in Psychology, Social Work, or Sociology preferred (unless required by State Contract)
- Driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and access to a vehicle for work purposes
- Knowledge of basic computer functions (Google Suite, Microsoft Office) and ability to learn software systems and/or websites (Paycom, EHR, Relias, etc.)
