As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the facility and facilities of our clients by performing maintenance and repair work on buildings and equipment.
Duties:
- Perform maintenance and repair work on buildings and equipment.
- Maintain supplies and equipment to ensure it is in good condition.
- Ensure that all required documentation is present and accurate.
- Perform inspections to determine the condition of the facility.
- Perform maintenance and improvements to the building or equipment.
- Assist in the purchase of necessary supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
