We are building a high-performance team and are looking for a driven individual who can help us recruit top talent while supporting daily field operations.
This position is much more than driving a van. The right candidate will play a key role in company growth by helping us attract, hire, and retain quality team members.
Position Overview
The Field Recruiter & Team Transportation Coordinator is responsible for recruiting new canvassers, coordinating interviews, assisting with onboarding, and providing transportation support for team members.

Responsibilities
- Recruit qualified candidates through Indeed, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach
- Review applications and conduct initial phone screenings
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate follow-up
- Assist with onboarding new hires
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Drive company team members to and from assigned work locations
- Ensure company vehicles are clean, organized, and properly maintained
- Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics
- Work closely with leadership to identify staffing needs and hiring goals
- Help build and maintain a positive team culture
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable speaking with new people daily
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient with basic computer and smartphone applications
Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following areas is a plus:
- Recruiting
- Sales
- Customer service
- Team leadership
- Marketing
- Canvassing or door-to-door sales
