Cornerstone Renovations is looking for highly motivated, competitive, and driven individuals to join our growing sales team. This is an in-home sales position where you will meet with homeowners, inspect exterior projects, build value, and close deals for roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and exterior renovations.

Sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual with the right attitude and work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Run qualified appointments with homeowners
- Perform exterior home inspections
- Educate homeowners on products, financing, and project options
- Build trust and deliver professional presentations
- Negotiate and close contracts
- Maintain accurate customer notes and paperwork
- Follow company sales process and training systems
- Communicate effectively with production and management teams
- Maintain strong customer experience throughout the sales process
