Cornerstone Property Services is looking for a dependable and experienced Small Engine Repair Technician to join our growing team in Panama City Beach, FL.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair gas-powered outdoor power equipment
- Service push mowers, riding mowers, zero-turn mowers, chainsaws, string trimmers, backpack blowers, generators, pressure washers, and other small engines
- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tune-ups, blade sharpening, carburetor cleaning, and fuel system repairs
- Troubleshoot engine, electrical, and mechanical issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Communicate repair recommendations and estimated completion times
Qualifications
- Previous small engine repair experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of 2-cycle and 4-cycle engines
- Experience with brands such as Stihl, Echo, Husqvarna, Honda, Kohler, Briggs & Stratton, Kawasaki, Toro, Cub Cadet, and John Deere is a plus
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
