Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: 100% Onsite in Santa Ana, CA
Employment Type: 3 months temporary assignment, possible extension
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Pay Range: $40-$42/hr.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist provides hands-on recruiting support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring efficient execution of high-volume hiring initiatives. This role plays a critical part in delivering a positive candidate experience while maintaining accurate data, streamlined processes, and timely communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruiters with active requisitions, including candidate review, dispositioning, and pipeline management
- Conduct high-volume phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and interest
- Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate communications to ensure an efficient hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system and assist with job postings and reporting
- Collaborate with recruiters, TA coordinators, and HR partners to support high-volume hiring and administrative recruiting tasks
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, including Workday (Phenom preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite HRIS and reporting tools
- Experience supporting high-volume or operational recruiting environments
- Prior contract recruiting or recruiting coordinator experience
- Familiarity with corporate hiring processes and compliance standards
