Job Title: Sourcer
Location: Southlake, TX [100% Onsite During Contract]
Schedule: M-F, 8AM to 5PM or 9AM to 6PM
Duration: Contract to hire!
Pay Rate: $30-31.25/hr (based on experience)
Job Duties:
- Utilize a variety of sourcing tools (database, job boards, networking, etc.) to identify qualified candidates for Licensed Customer Service Agents
- Manage and track candidates throughout the recruitment process using Workday, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting
- Work closely with Recruiters to understand role requirements and schedule qualified candidates for them to interview
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
- Conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, and manage communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Provide insights on hiring trends, talent availability, and competitor intelligence to hiring managers and the talent acquisition team
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of recruiting/sourcing experience, with a strong focus on using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Proficiency with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and Workday
- Communication Skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates
- Strong ability to manage multiple open roles, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who can work effectively with HR teams and hiring managers
- A flexible mindset with the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and needs
