Position Overview
A national financial services company is seeking a Marketing Graphic Designer to support its Partner Marketing team by producing digital and print materials for campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and partner-facing collateral. This role works closely with marketing and creative stakeholders to translate concepts into polished visuals that support acquisition, engagement, and partner activation. The designer will maintain brand consistency across all channels, update templates and design systems, and manage multiple creative requests in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design digital and print assets for campaigns, including emails, landing pages, social graphics, presentations, and event collateral.
- Execute creative direction and adapt existing designs for partner-specific needs.
- Build and maintain co-branded templates and asset libraries for referral and franchise partners.
- Apply partner brand requirements while maintaining overall visual identity.
- Collaborate with marketing other cross-functional teams to meet campaign goals.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and support updates to design systems and templates.
- Manage multiple projects and maintain organized working files.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Canva.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, brand application, and visual design fundamentals.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
