CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Facilities Engineer for a high tech cutting-edge manufacturer based in Richardson, Texas area. As the Facilities Engineer, you will play a critical role in handling emergency and high-priority maintenance requests, perform maintenance on HVAC, air filtration, nitrogen gas, and compressed air systems, conduct regular building and property inspections, manage vendor bids and timelines, and oversee project progress. You will also respond to after-hours emergency calls and partner closely with tenants, contractors, and property managers to ensure daily operations. Requirements for the Facilities Engineer:
• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of three years of experience as a Facilities Engineer or Building Engineer
• Requires basic HVAC and electrical skills
• Experience in property management and building maintenance
• Extensive experience in plumbing and electrical issue identification
• Fluency in Mandarin/Chinese is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work on-site in Richardson, Texas area
Compensation for the Facilities Engineer:
• Employment Type: Direct Hire
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, regular full time business hours
• Salary/Pay: $75-100K/year ( /- based on experience)
• Location: 100% on-site in Richardson, Texas
