What You'll Actually Do as the Business Relationship Manager:
- Develop and grow new business relationships through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community engagement
- Expand commercial banking relationships and support deposit growth initiatives
- Build partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and professional groups throughout the DFW area
- Conduct onsite meetings, networking events, and client presentations
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and reporting systems
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a positive onboarding and client experience
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and promote additional financial solutions
What You'll Need to Succeed as the Business Relationship Manager:
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, relationship management, or financial services sales
- Proven success with prospecting, networking, and developing new business relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a highly client-facing environment
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Experience managing sales pipelines and client activity through CRM platforms
