The position of CSR is to provide direct internal support to the sales team to ensure prompt, accurate, and consistent information is processed for purchase orders and sales orders utilizing the production management software. Furthermore, maintaining an up-to-date production schedule ensuring all sales orders are on track for timely completion.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description:
- Promptly answer all incoming phone calls within 3 rings with a professional and friendly greeting. Promptly transfer the call to the appropriate person or department.
- Generate sales lead entries into system and assign to appropriate sales professional for follow-up.
- Assist walk-in and call-in clients with order status questions and order pick up requests.
- Contribute to the success of Cornerstone Printing Inc. with 100% customer satisfaction.
- Convert approved quotes to sales orders and upload all appropriate files following the file storage and naming guidelines.
- Ensure Project folder on server and Sales Order title match with project creation date.
- Fulfill all completed sales orders once picked up, delivered, or installed.
- Enter repeat orders using past sales orders ensuring current pricing is updated and correct.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure production schedule is current and shipping / delivery dates are met.
- Meet with each department throughout each day to ensure production schedule is current.
- Meet with each team member to ensure each job board in production management software is current and all jobs are updated before EOD.
- Effectively communicate with co-workers and management.
- Seek out and communicate continuous improvement ideas.
- Create Purchase Orders for: Promotional Items, Supplies, Decorating Blanks, Client Provided Items
- Track all inbound items and supplies to ensure timely receipt.
- Maintain Cornerstone self-promotional item shelf.
- Keep current stock neat and organized.
- Notify sales representative of any stock in need of reordering.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor and cross train.
Salary:
This is a full time position on site with a salary range of $22.00 - $25.00 / hour depending on experience and ability.
