Personal Lines Agent / Customer Relationship Specialist

As a Personal Lines Agent / Customer Relationship Specialist, you'll help individuals and families protect what matters most by providing insurance solutions for their homes, automobiles, recreational vehicles, and other personal assets. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal insurance needs including auto, home, renters, umbrella, motorcycle, boat, RV, and other personal lines coverage.
- Quote, present, and sell insurance products to new and existing customers.
- Review current policies and identify opportunities to improve coverage and reduce gaps.
- Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Respond to client questions regarding coverage, billing, claims, and policy changes.
- Process endorsements, renewals, applications, and policy updates accurately.
- Maintain detailed customer records within agency management systems.
- Participate in community events and networking opportunities that support agency growth.
- Stay current on insurance products, carrier guidelines, and industry changes.
Qualifications
- Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred but not required.
- Insurance experience preferred but not required.
- Customer service, banking, retail, healthcare, education, sales, or office experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and establish long-term client relationships.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn agency software systems.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
