We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider looking to grow with a new practice while maintaining autonomy and flexibility.
Position Type
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Hybrid (In-Person & Telehealth)

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
- Monitor medication effectiveness and side effects
- Collaborate with therapists regarding patient care
- Complete documentation within 48 hours
- Maintain compliance with Tennessee laws and professional standards
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee APRN license
- Board Certified PMHNP (PMHNP-BC)
- Active Tennessee DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Current collaborating physician agreement (required)
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Experience treating adults with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and related conditions preferred
