Patient Care Coordinator – Dental Front Office

We are looking for a warm, friendly Patient Care Coordinator who can help create that experience from the very first phone call through check-in, scheduling, and ongoing patient communication.
What You’ll Do
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you will help create a smooth, welcoming experience for our patients and support the daily flow of the front office. Responsibilities may include:
● Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism
● Answering phones and helping patients schedule, confirm, or update appointments
● Serving as a helpful first point of contact for patient questions
● Supporting and maintaining the hygiene schedule
● Helping patients understand their next steps for care and scheduling
● Updating patient information and keeping records accurate
● Communicating clearly with the clinical and administrative team
● Helping the day flow smoothly by staying organized, proactive, and patient-focused
● Supporting additional front office tasks as the role continues to develop

Dental or medical office experience is helpful, but we are also open to training the right person who brings strong communication skills, a great attitude, and a heart for patient care.
