As an Entry-Level Technical Recruiter at Cornerstone Defense, you’ll have the opportunity to jumpstart your career by building relationships, curating talent pipelines, and learning the ins and outs of the recruiting process. What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to understand technical requirements for various government contracting roles.
- Identify and engage highly skilled professionals through creative sourcing methods, including job boards, networking, and social media.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiations.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job specifications and ensure that top-quality candidates are selected.
