Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Recruiter cum Account Manager to join our growing IT services and staffing organization. Key Responsibilities
Technical Recruiting
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, referrals, and networking events.
- Assess candidate qualifications and technical capabilities in areas such as Full Stack engineers, data engineering, DevOps, cloud, and Salesforce.
- Prepare and maintain accurate job descriptions and candidate documentation.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technology skill sets.
Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Understand client business needs and translate them into staffing and project requirements.
- Build long-term relationships with client stakeholders — including hiring managers, HR, and procurement teams.
- Work closely with delivery and recruiting teams to fulfill client requirements in a timely and quality-driven manner.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business development within existing accounts.
- Manage client expectations, resolve issues, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–6 years of experience in technical recruitment and/or IT staffing account management.
- Proven track record in sourcing and closing candidates for roles in software development, data analytics, cloud, or enterprise IT.
- Experience working with VMS portals and MSP programs is a plus.
- Strong understanding of IT skills, job roles, and technical jargon (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, DevOps, Salesforce, etc.).
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in ATS tools (Ceipal ) and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and client accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a staffing agency or consulting environment.
- Exposure to US IT recruitment and knowledge of immigration terms (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, etc.) if dealing with global placements.
- Experience handling client escalations, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs for both placements and account revenue growth.
