What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Architect position at Cornerstone Concilium?
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform project delay analyses comparing current status versus baseline (during award);
- Prepare artifacts for contract negotiations;
- Review project status and schedule updates with WMATA field teams;
- Review contractor claims;
- Develop presentations;
- Review schedules; and
- Attend in-person meetings as directed.
Background and Experience Required
- Graduation from an ABET accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in architecture;
- A minimum of eight (8) years of architectural experience with emphasis on transit and rail industries;
- Mastery of building codes, design specifications, and recommended practices in architecture; and
- Registered license in Architecture in the State of Maryland, the Commonwealth of Virginia, or the District of Columbia
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree in architecture; and
- Familiarity with WMATAs design criteria and standards

Location: WMATA New Carrollton Rail Yard located at 4100 Garden City Dr, New Carrollton, MD 20784
(1) on-call for a duration of 3 years
Salary Range: $58.14 to $86.54 HR
