The Senior Architect will oversee a team of architects and designers to ensure timely, budget-friendly project completion and compliance with all necessary regulations pertaining to rail transit infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Registered and licensed as an architect with 10 to 15 years of experience
- Expertise in architectural design, project management, and specific experience with large scale rail transit projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Procore software, and thorough knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, ADA requirements, and rail transit regulations
- Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design process for rail transit projects, utilizing Procore software, from conceptualization to construction completion.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that align with rail transit specifications.
- Efficiently manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring strict adherence to rail transit guidelines.
- Review and approve architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents for the construction project.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and designers working on rail transit projects
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations specific to rail transit infrastructure construction projects.

Salary Range: $121,000 to $180,00 YR
The salary range for this position is competitive and will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience as a licensed architect with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience.
