Under the direction of the facility’s Program Manager, the Assistant Program Manager is

 Weekend supervision of the direct support staff, including responding to calls and arranging for

staff coverage in the event of an absence and resolving other problems as they arise during

regular working hours.

complete the required paperwork and ensure that the required forms are fully stocked.

 Providing on-the-job training to direct support staff members on the weekends and as

directed by the Program Manager.
