Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Care Provider located in Auburn, AL. The Home Care Provider will assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Responsibilities also include providing companionship, ensuring clients' safety, and helping to maintain their overall well-being. The role may involve coordinating with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure the best care possible for clients.
Qualifications
- Caregiving and Elder Care experience
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and a compassionate approach to client interactions
- Home Care and Personal Care experience, including assistance with daily activities
- Ability to perform tasks with empathy, patience, and respect for client dignity
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed
- Previous experience in senior care services is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid) are an advantage
