Billing & Collections:

  • Direct the billing process for multiple revenue cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Establish standardized collection protocols and oversee aging reports to maintain strong cash flow.

Liaison Between Locations & Bookkeepers:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between office locations and the bookkeeping team.
  • Ensure consistency in financial procedures and reporting across all locations.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or operational inefficiencies.

Process Improvement & Technology Integration:

  • Champion automation and modernization of accounting systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Optimize workflows within Sage Intacct, Paylocity, AxisCare and other financial platforms.
  • Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures for all accounting and bookkeeping functions.
