The Role:
As a caregiver for our veterans, you will provide essential support that helps them maintain their independence, safety, and dignity. This isn't just a job—it’s an opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with a hero.
Responsibilities:
Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Companionship: Provide emotional support and engaging conversation.
Daily Living Support: Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
Specialized Care: Support for veterans with mobility challenges or memory care needs (dementia/Alzheimer's).
Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate care notes to ensure our veterans receive the best possible support through the VA program.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have at least 1 Year Experience
CNA or HHA preferred but not required.
Must have Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or be willing to obtain it upon hire.
TB Clearance required (must have been completed within the last 90 days or within 7 days after hire).
A compassionate heart and a deep respect for our veteran community.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
