- The Human Resources Coordinator supports Cornerstone Brands (Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, Garnet Hill), and will be the main onsite HR contact for team members and will be integral in day-to-day operations. You will partner closely with local building leaders, the People & Organization partners, and the Talent Acquisition team on various tasks, including recruitment, light employee relations, and team member engagement. You will report to the Human Resources Manager.
- This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Monroe or West Chester fulfillment centers daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
- Provide first point of contact for Team Members on any inquiries or issues.
- Provide initial policy interpretation guidance to team members, escalating to People Partner, People Manager, Payroll or TMS. Types of Policies include LOA, PTO, Attendance, Benefit inquiries etc.
- Work with Building Leaders on Team Member engagement opportunities throughout the year
- Support HR operational and cyclical activities, including (but not limited to): annual performance and development reviews, annual Our Voice Survey, benefits open enrollment, and required team member trainings.
- Conduct general administrative responsibilities, including New Hire Onboarding/paperwork
- Oversee internal audits for the HR department – gathering and providing requested documentation promptly to ensure compliance and controls are intact as defined according to company policies.

- 1 years Human Resources experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently, but connect virtually as needed
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices
- Superior judgment, professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Experience in Workday and Kronos preferred
