Your Opportunity, Your Team
- The Operations Supervisor supports Cornerstone Brands, and ensures that service levels are being met pertaining to production goals and quality daily, as well as to provide training, development, and leadership to ensure associates are productive and successful. You will support the Outbound department at our Union Center fulfillment center and report to the Sr Operations Manager.
- This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, OH fulfillment center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
- Meet all service level requirements and monitor workflow pertaining to assigned department.
- Responsible for performance related to meeting/exceeding company standards, holding associates accountable, performing follow-ups, and ensuring standards are being always maintained.
- Maintain and issue all paperwork related to performance, procedures, and evaluations promptly.
- Train and give recognition to associates.
- Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service with a commitment to perform at or above expected service levels.
- Responsible for daily staffing needs including the transfer of hours out of and into the department.
- All other duties as directed by CSI management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years supervisory experience in a Distribution Center environment.
- Able to prioritize while delegating accordingly.
- Ability to prepare and analyze reports for production and quality, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
