What You’ll Do
This position is responsible for Quality Control of documents scanned into nCino, DocMan, and AccuAccount to ensure that customer's documents are consistently organized and accurate in their completion. Also reviewing document content according to guidelines and updating missing and expiring exceptions. This position needs to work tactfully and efficiently with Market Presidents, Bankers, Business Banking Associates, and Loan Support as well as Business Loan Review, Credit Analysts, and Operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated strengths in organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to identify and interpret standard loan documents
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from bank employees
Background & Experience
High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of loan documentation experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
