What You’ll Do
This back-office role will be responsible for supporting a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, professionally responding to inquiries by internal customers, determining appropriate response or direction, check back for all new portfolios and portfolio maintenance, verifying OFAC checks on all new portfolios, check back of all new loans and loan maintenance, researching and following up on missing check back documentations, and identifying/implementing process improvements/efficiencies all in accordance with bank and regulatory guidance.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook as well as utilization of office equipment
Background & Experience
High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of bank experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
