What You’ll Do
This candidate will be responsible for preparing all new and renewed loan documentation, changes in terms, UCC maintenance (filing, amending, continuing, terminating) adverse action notices for commercial loans and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Keen attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of loan processing practices, methods and procedures
- Ability to perform accurate data input into a variety of software
- Ability to be flexible and able to work in a focused, multi-task environment
Background & Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of loan document preparation or loan document experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
