We are looking for a Call Center Internet Sales Associate to join our team at the Elk River Ford/Chrysler location.

Primary duties will consist of but not limited to:

• Answer all incoming phone calls or internet leads to schedule appointments

• Be proactive and make calls to set appointments on sales campaigns and unsold showroom follow-ups

• Maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions and be willing to participate in training regarding the dealerships product lines

Education and/or Experience:

• One year of direct Customer Service experience

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current, valid Drivers License with driving record that meets insurance company standards

• Willing to submit and the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written

• Good working relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service

• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

• Detail-oriented, professional appearance and strong work ethic

• Be a team player and willing to work on personal/group goals

• Ability to work flexible shifts 9AM 6PM and 11AM 8PM with rotating Saturdays
