We are looking for a results driven Centralized Apartment Leasing Manager to oversee the full leasing lifecycle from lead generation through lease execution ensuring operational excellence, strong team performance, and a high quality customer experience across the portfolio. This role provides hands on leadership for inside sales, field agents, and front desk support teams while managing systems, processes, training, and performance metrics that drive conversion, efficiency, and consistency.
This position is full time in-office in Denver, CO. This position blends sales leadership, operational oversight, coaching, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead and manage field agents, inside sales representatives, and resident relations/front desk teams
- Set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and hold team members accountable
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings and weekly team training sessions
- Perform 90-day and annual performance reviews; implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) as needed
- Regularly shadow team members and provide real-time coaching and feedback
- Lead monthly sales training focused on leasing performance and conversion
Leasing Operations & Funnel Management
- Oversee all aspects of the leasing funnel, including lead management, follow-up standards, task timelines, and CRM accuracy
- Ensure proper system setup and maintenance, including user access, coordinator assignments, and workflow configuration
- Train team members on systems, processes, and reporting expectations
- Monitor and audit leasing activity to ensure consistency with company standards
Quality Control & Compliance
- Audit phone calls, CRM activity, lead follow-up, and task completion for quality and timeliness
- Conduct regular secret shops to evaluate customer experience and process adherence
- Review and audit commission reports for accuracy
- Ensure leasing files and documentation are completed accurately and consistently
- Maintain Fair Housing compliance and coordinate required training initiatives
Training & Development
- Lead onboarding and training for all new leasing hires
- Provide ongoing coaching and structured development programs to strengthen team performance
- Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training solutions

Administrative & Operational Oversight
- Manage biweekly payroll for leasing teams
- Oversee commission tracking and reporting
- Maintain parking systems for new and existing properties, including mid-lease adjustments
- Support property onboarding by ensuring operational readiness (systems setup, parking maps, etc.)
- Assist in service and scheduling of leasing fleet vehicles, inspections, details
Recruiting & Hiring
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Ensure new hires are properly onboarded and positioned for long-term success
Events & Engagement
- Coordinate and execute leasing and marketing events to drive traffic and engagement
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maximize event effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 5 years of leadership, sales, and leasing industry experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional etiquette and positive leadership presence
- Proven ability to direct, delegate, and supervise teams effectively
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, interpret, and act on data
- Experience analyzing budgets, shopping reports, traffic sources, closing ratios, and operational metrics to identify and solve leasing performance issues
- Advanced CRM experience (required)
- Extensive system knowledge, including Funnel (CRM), Yardi, and RentCafe
- Strong customer service and relationship-building background
- Highly organized, solution-oriented thinker with excellent multitasking skills
- Knowledgeable in Fair Housing regulations and Colorado-specific leasing legislation (annual certification required)

Compensation Package
- $80,000-$100,000/year, based on $80,000-$90,000 base salary earned bonus
- 2 weeks of Paid Time Off to start, earned on an accrual basis, Sick Pay, Parental leave
