*Knowledge of Cuisine (i.e. recipes, ordering, presentations, etc.)
*Knowledge of Kitchen Procedures
*Knowledge of Pizza/Salad Prep.
*Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures
*Ability to multitask & to keep cool under pressure
*Demonstrated ability to be a team player
