Community Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Community Administrator to support operations across residential communities. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, engaging with residents in a dynamic environment, or looking to begin their career in the property management industry.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Schedule may differ due to client needs.
- May be asked to work evenings and/or weekends as needed for special or urgent projects/tasks (notice will be provided in advance if possible).
- May be required to travel for industry training or Corporate Office events (notice will be provided in advance).
- Walk assigned communities occasionally for inspections or resident support
- Perform light physical tasks such as lifting boxes
- Handle general office duties including filing, answering phones, and drafting letters
- Maintain organized records and assist with resident communications
- Support onsite amenities and staff coordination as needed
- Demonstrate proficiency in company software to facilitate smooth operations.
- Ensure swift responses to internal communications for seamless collaboration.
- Conduct property inspections based on the contract for each property to check the condition of grounds, violations, etc.
- All inspection findings, including noted deficiencies and violations, should be systematically recorded, and processed through the software.
Requirements
- Ability to walk community grounds and perform light lifting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with basic office technology (phones, filing systems, etc.)
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
- Prior experience in property management or administrative support is a plus
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
