Schedule
- The business work week is Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. This schedule can and may be determined by clients’ needs.
- May be required to work evenings and/or weekends as needed for association meetings, special or urgent projects/tasks (notice will be provided in advance).
- May be required to travel for industry training or Corporate Office events (notice will be provided in advance).
- Reports to: Community Manager, Regional Director
- Supervises: Association Staff
Responsibilities
- Respond to and follow up on Board inquiries, directing all non-administrative tasks to the manager.
- Accept calls on behalf of the association, assist with unit owner concerns or maintenance issues, create work orders as needed.
- Keep Association Board Member Contact Lists and any Association notes and records organized within company software.
- Issue Work Orders as needed and notify the manager for follow-up.
- Coordinate clubhouse rental requests and reservations, as well as pool and gym facilities if applicable.
- Maintain information logs for access gate, remote, key logs, and other information in appropriate location.
- Cover and assist Community Manager with break, sick, and vacation coverage.
- Train new and current employees and participate in continuing education for upward mobility.
