Duties
Manage front desk operations, including:
- Greeting patients
- Collect payments and reschedule patients
- Oversee office management duties such as filing, data entry, maintaining supplies, and organizing documents using productivity software like Google Workspace and spreadsheets
- Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for team members and executives efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email or text
- Support clerical functions including proofreading documents, word processing, and maintaining accurate records
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical tasks and customer service
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheet, Drive) along with strong computer literacy and technical proficiency
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and handle sensitive information discreetly
- Previous experience working at a front desk or in customer support roles is preferred
- Monitors and cleans rooms and equipment, monitors outdated supplies, supply levels and restocks items.
- Completes assigned “side jobs” such as cleaning and preparation, removing trash and stocking and other clinic wide duties.
- Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude in a high-paced environment
- This position is largely a desk position but it does require light to moderate physical work (ie the ability to be on your feet, reaching for and handling equipment, and the ability to assist patients in moving on and off of examination tables and procedure tables.)
