Crate, Skid & Packaging Specialist

Our manufacturing facilities located in Clackamas, OR, Vancouver, WA, and Rock Hill, SC allow us to serve diverse markets such as Agriculture, Industrial, Municipal, Rental, and Mining.

We are seeking a hands-on Crate, Skid & Packaging Specialist to join our shipping team in Clackamas, OR. In this physically active role, you’ll build custom crates and prepare industrial equipment for shipment around the world.

Location: Clackamas, OR
Pay: $22–$25/hr. DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Build wooden crates, skids, and custom packaging for industrial equipment
• Prepare, label, and verify shipments for accuracy and safe transport
• Load/unload materials and assist with shipping operations
• Coordinate with production and shipping teams to meet daily schedules
• Operate forklifts and lifting equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED 
• Ability to read and follow shipping documentation
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or shipping experience
• Experience building crates or skids
• Forklift experience

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles.
