Job Overview
We are seeking someone with the right attitude, attention to detail, and stamina for an outdoor lawn care and landscaping position. The ideal candidate will provide reliability to the business, a willingness to learn, and a great attitude when interacting with customers. This role heavily involves mowing, string trimming, and other landscaping tasks such as planting, sod cutting, shrub trimming, shrub removal, and more.
Duties
- Perform mowing and trimming of lawns to maintain an even and healthy appearance.
- Assist in landscape installation, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Engage in landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching.
- Dig and prepare soil for planting new trees, shrubs, or flowers.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular checks and minor repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their landscaping needs.
