We’re preparing for the Spring 2026 season and beginning our search now for motivated Lawn Care Technicians to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy being outdoors, and want to be part of a professional, safety-driven company.
As a Lawn Care Technician, you’ll work directly with the Branch Manager to deliver high-quality agronomic programs for our clients. You’ll be responsible for applying fertilizers and turf treatments safely and efficiently while maintaining company standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do

Apply fertilizers and lawn care products according to label requirements and safety standards.

Inspect properties for turf, plant, and irrigation issues.

Maintain accurate records of products and applications.

Perform daily truck and equipment checks to ensure everything is ready for the next day.

Communicate with the Branch Manager regarding scheduling, client feedback, and any maintenance or material needs.

Uphold company policies, including uniform and equipment standards.
What We’re Looking For

Valid Applicator’s License (Required)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day.
