What You’ll Do
- Collaborate: Work with a team to achieve fulfillment goals and maintain smooth process flow.
- Ensure Accuracy: Review order details and packing requirements by accurately selecting and gathering products from inventory based on orders and then properly labeling packages, complete with necessary documentation.
- Inventory Management: assist in restocking efforts as needed.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the workplace organized and clean, including each ship station and inventory areas.
- Monitor Materials: Ensure materials like boxes, labels and other packing materials are prepared to support a stable order fulfillment environment.
- Report: Any discrepancies or issues must be reported to the supervisor promptly.
- Uphold Safety Standards: Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure safe working conditions.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or packing environment is advantageous.
- Skills: Familiarity with ShipStation or similar shipping software is a plus. Basic math skills required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Adaptability: Flexible to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Team Player: Positive energy and reliability for team cohesion.
- Preferred Knowledge: HS diploma and experience with MS Office (Teams, Excel, Word).
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Comfortable with repetitive arm motions.
- Able to regularly lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
