As we expand our reach in the THC beverage space, we’re looking for a driven, values-aligned Regional Sales Manager to lead the charge in the mid-west region. In this role, you’ll take on the responsibility of driving sales growth, building relationships with distributors and retailers, and leading a talented sales team. We’re looking for someone with a passion for the industry, a hands-on approach, and the drive to deliver the best results while staying true to our core values of integrity, humility, whatever it takes and always striving to be better.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Growth: Develop and execute a sales strategy that not only meets but exceeds revenue and distribution goals across your region.
- Distributor & Retailer Relationships: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with wholesalers, dispensaries, and key retail accounts—always putting trust and transparency at the forefront of every interaction.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new opportunities in your region, ensuring Cornbread Hemp’s THC beverages have a powerful, positive presence wherever we go.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing Regional sales team. Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability, while empowering your team to achieve their best.
- Trade Marketing: Work closely with marketing teams to ensure our in-store promotions and brand awareness campaigns create meaningful connections with customers.
- Compliance & Education: Keep us on track with all local, state, and federal regulations, while educating key partners on the benefits of our products and the growing THC beverage industry.
- Market Insights: Visit key accounts regularly to keep a pulse on the market, monitor competitor activity, and provide actionable insights that help us always stay one step ahead.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in beverage sales, with preference given to those from the adult beverage or regulated cannabis sectors.
- Proven distributor and account management experience in a regulated environment.
- Strong existing relationships with wholesalers and key accounts in the region are a plus.
- A passion for innovation, particularly in the better-for-you beverage space, and a relentless drive to improve.
- Deep understanding of THC beverage compliance, with a focus on staying ahead of industry trends.
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to meet your goals.
