Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively
- Manage data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Handle cash transactions when necessary with integrity and attention to detail
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all customer interactions
- Support outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote services
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent quality of customer support
- Document interactions thoroughly in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement
Experience
- Prior call center or customer support experience preferred, especially in client services or sales roles
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, with fluency in English required
