What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Corle Building Systems?
Corle Building Systems is an IAS accredited (USA) and CSA-A660 (Canada) certified manufacturer of pre-engineered steel building systems. We design and manufacture rigid frame clear span and multiple span buildings of all sizes.
Due to continued growth, Corle Building Systems is searching for Customer Service Representatives on to join our team. Qualified candidates will be required to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am until 5:00pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch.
Qualifications:
- MUST be able to read blueprints and drawings
- MUST have a knowledge of reading construction drawings
- Excellent telephone and written skills
- Previous experience in sales and customer service
- Be able to work independently with little supervision
- Excellent Technical Support Communication and be able to interact with internal and external people
- This position WILL REQUIRE relocation to Imler, Pennsylvania or the surrounding area. This position is required to work out of our Imler, Pennsylvania location. There is no option for this position to be remote or offsite.
