About the Role We’re looking for a motivated, resourceful, and self-driven freelance salesperson to help expand Komuso’s presence into large retail businesses, hospitality groups (including hotels, airlines, and cruise lines), and other consumer-facing industries that can benefit from integrating wellness tools into their customer experience.
This is a performance-based, entrepreneurial opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, opening doors, and growing alongside a small but fast-evolving wellness brand.
You’ll work directly with the co-founder of Komuso to learn the industry, understand the product story, and develop creative outreach strategies that align with the brand’s mission: helping people breathe better and live calmer.
Key Responsibilities Identify and contact potential partners across retail, hospitality, and wellness sectorsCreate and manage outreach campaigns to decision-makers in hotels, airlines, spas, resorts, and corporate gifting channelsDevelop and deliver professional sales pitches customized for each industryMaintain strong relationships and follow-ups with prospective clientsCollaborate with the Komuso team to refine messaging, visuals, and presentation materials for each pitchProvide regular reports on outreach progress, conversions, and opportunitiesIdeal Candidate Proven experience in sales, business development, or brand partnerships, preferably within wellness, lifestyle, or hospitality sectorsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills — able to build trust quicklyComfortable initiating cold outreach and managing long sales cyclesUnderstands corporate and hospitality culture and can speak professionally to buyers, executives, and brand directorsHighly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow with a mission-driven companyThrives working independently and takes ownership of performanceCompensation Freelance / Commission-based with industry-leading revenue shareSubstantial performance rewards for major account acquisitionPotential to earn into equity for long-term contributors who drive significant business growthWhy Join Komuso?
