Overview
We’re looking for a proactive Account Manager to support client relationships, assist sales in scoping new work, and partner closely with our Project Manager to ensure smooth project delivery. This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who is organized, communicative, and comfortable supporting multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesClient Service & Sales Support Serve as the day-to-day client contact, ensuring clear and timely communication.Support sales during brief intake by gathering details, clarifying needs, and capturing requirements.Help prepare scopes, estimates, and SOW inputs with guidance from senior leadership and PM.Identify and flag opportunities for additional client work.Coordinate with the PM during the sales process to provide visibility and prepare for an efficient transition to execution.Communicate timelines, budgets, and scope updates externally once aligned internally. Project Execution Support Share client and business context during internal kickoffs.Work with the PM to translate client needs into actionable creative briefs.Track project constraints and assist in relaying updates to clients.Support PM in communicating and managing scope changes.Deliver final assets to clients following PM approval of quality and completeness. Client Communication & Coordination Lead or support client meetings: set agendas, capture notes, and outline next steps.Manage client correspondence around deliverables, timelines, and approvals.Provide external-facing status updates (PM manages internal tracking).Maintain positive, productive relationships with client stakeholders. Account Administration Flag risks, concerns, or opportunities to sales and leadership.Support case studies, recaps, and project documentation.Assist with new business efforts as needed. Requirements 5–7 years of account management or client-facing agency experienceUnderstanding of creative production and social-first content workflowsFamiliarity with TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and other social platformsStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsComfortable taking initiative and collaborating closely with PM and creative teamExperience supporting new business is a plus
